This Wednesday 20th menu will be fish and Duck,

Seafood bouillabaisse
Confit duck leg with rosemary, chestnuts and bacon on mash potatoes, greens and orange sauce

Then on Thursday 21st March My Dads Curry Night

My dad has just come back from India again he has been cooking curry's since the 70s. He goes to India every year to see his friend who has a restaurant in Goa.
He has been known to cook in the kitchen there and brings back All the authentic recipes and spices.
