Full Time Chef De Partie

We are currently looking for a Chef De Partie. As part of this role you will be working alongside a team of five in all sections of the kitchen. Previous experience is required, and the successful applicant will hold Certificates of Basic Food Hygiene and NVQ Level 2/3.

Your rota will be based on an average of 55 hours per week, working split shifts, and will include weekends. In return for your commitment and hard work a competitive salary is offered to the successful applicant. Accommodation is also available if required.

Full Time Pastry/Commis Chef

We are looking for a Pastry/Commis chef to work alongside our head pastry chef and to cover his days off. For this position you must be passionate, enthusiastic and most of all willing to learn.

Your rota will be based on an average of 55 hours per week, working split shifts, and will include weekends. Accommodation is also available if required.

Front of House (Live in available)

We are currently looking for full time Front of House staff. For this position you must be organised, lively and most of all enthusiastic. You will be one of the first and last faces our customers see, so we are looking for someone with a sparkling personality who can create a lasting impression. As part of the role you will be required to provide our guests with a service which is second to none. In return for your commitment and hard work a competitive wage is offered.

Live in accommodation is available if required.

We are now open at lunch times except Mondays. Week day Lunch Menu from 11.45 to 13.45. We close at 3pm.
